Re: Chaseside
Jeremy what I meant was this is an unusual 4wd conversion. I have never seen that shape of Chaseside (500 or 700) with a 4wd axle. A bit like the Bray of that era.?

Pete my error looking at the one pic it looked like a suspension repair was the order of the day The 4WD perhaps this was done for export machines; does anybody know for certain?

Re: Chaseside
Hi John
I reckon the conversion was rare? I have seen several Bray conversions over the years and I think they put their name to some of the agricultural tractor conversions. I think the axles may have been European but I am not sure. This Brit Loading shovel anorak would always love to see an old photos. Annoyingly due to computer malfunction and USB corruption I have lost some of your photos including the early 60s beasts like the L62 and the L64. None of those appear to survived to this era.
