Its nice to see at least some companies are still producing them. Is there any chance of a company who ceased production (Komatsu etc) re-starting and getting back into the field again?

That 634 is a very nice looking machine, it'd be great to see one strutting its stuff on a job site.

Best regards

Gavin

Was at this 634 loader the other day, tracks off for turn pin and bush, a set of segments and a couple of top rollers......

We've got 3 in the midlands area......

Nice picture SRB, thank you for sharing it! Nice Bomag compactor in the background too.

So this machine is in use at a landfill site then? Has anyone said anything about it performance/reliability wise?

Best regards

Gavin

Hey up Gavin,

All 3 in our area are on Landfill duties, this one is the third one the operator has had and i have to say he loves it, really rates it, plenty of power, and good on the fuel - in part due to the 4 cyl Liebherr engine. Reliability wise has been good, just shy of 3000 hours and a turn pin and bush, that is the only one real negative commetn, its pretty quick on its feet and unless you slow them down a little can run the tracks off them quick, but thats the same with all tackle.
