Gave up on classified and have gone the auction route setting a start price. Got a few days to run yet ending on the 5th so should end with a bang. The auction hopefully, not the Whitlock.

Coming to this late.
Whitlocks model range was very confusing, they seem to have so many different models did they produce two the same
Looking at this one the simple front loader and backhoe with cable operated slew come straight off the preceding Fordson Major based Dinkum Digger.
And it must be 1964 to 68 with the Ford 6X tinwork.
I will have a look at my brochures see if I can pin it down.
Will be interested to see how you get on with ebay

My experience of ebay vehicle selling is getting some very odd queries indeed

Whitlock can't be without the Major! The 5 ton dumper advert has to be much older, as the Major in there is probably before 58.
