Abandoned Onions Scraper

Post #1 by Ian Fletcher1970 » Mon Apr 02, 2012 9:05 pm

I've found this gem whilst walking the dog tonight, an abandoned Onions tow scraper - in the same area there's at least 3, if not 4 Drotts in various states of disrepair, i'll have to try and get some pictures some time.

Just do as I do with the dog crap - plough through it all with the rotary mower and turn it into a million little well spread out bits and pieces! Soon goes with a bit of rain!

Julian.

How many yards was that scraper capable of? THats a neat find, too many here are lost to scrappers. I tried to buy a small scraper here a few months ago, It was an old surplus Laplant Choate. The owner gave it to his son for scrap.
