Hey guys
With it being a nice day I decided I was going to crack on with a project I've had in mind for some time.
A 1/50 JCB js130 t4i version
Started as a conrad case cx130, stripping paint
Starting to take shape
Then I tried something a bit different.
I've got a few vinyl jcb decals knocking around so decided to wrap the counterweight but I don't like how it turned out so peeled them off ha ha.
Body has since been repainted as the decals took some paint off, gotta mask of rear end just going to spray it I think.
New engine cover has been made just a few more bits to sort like jcb decals etc.
Hope you like
Jason

Re: Js130 1/50
I've done some decals but the printer I used is on it's way out! Need to get a new one soon so I can print some new ones!
Yeh I've printed them on white decal paper! You can't print white on the clear stuff so it's the only way to go

The white is great but the black on the background came out grey even with a new cartridge in the printer! I'll have another look sometime this week see if I can get them any better

Re: Js130 1/50
Just a quick update
Still went with the vinyl on the counterweight but got it looking better.
The yellow chevrons and red reflectors are painted on temporarily, to get an idea of how it will look when I sort out a printer ha ha.
Still got to finish and spray the 'boxing ring' and hand rails and neaten up the silencer.
Then to finish it off just got to add some hydraulic lines, a cab care rack (inspired by joe summerhills js330) then decal it up with grilles and insignias
What you think?
