I'd seriously take a guess that the N/S/F tyre suffered a blow out which caused the driver to swerve onto the sand, which being very soft acted as a brake and halted the vehicle so rapidly that it rolled and ended up like that??

I have driven in saudi, this is a clasic case of "in the hands of god" which basicly means it dosnt matter what I do today if god wants me to die its going to happen, and they do drive like that!
why buy when you can hire?
