For parts I recommend a good scrapy, otherwise it will likely be difficult to find many parts, but seeing your welding skills I think you could probably make a good grill yourself, same goes for the bonnet. The headlights are not easy to find new, and probably very expensive. The dash and rear cover are probably only available second hand, they were an odd material, not too sure what but similar to GRP I think.
