Small Loaders alive and well

Seen in Australia the local council do bulk refuse and bulk garden collections twice a year and use small loaders to load standard refuse wagons (no fly tipping needed)

My mate lived in Perth (Australia) till recently and twice a year a high volume skip was put in their street for any big stuff.
Lucly to get my bin emptied once a fortnight here :)
