Skillings CAT 973 above looks like the one featured in CP&M and I recall it was bought 2nd hand from Germany.

Here are some more pics from this site the one half of the site is now practically clear but the main office block tower remains and the PC750 HRD is still under repair.
What will be very interesting to see is the demolition of the carpark because this is at least a two storey carpark and it stradles the mainline to Stratford.

wow jeremy it looks like the job has progressed well, it should definately be interesting seeing the demolition of the main block and the carpark, i guess that the carpark will probably be demolished at night because of the railway??

Here's just a few pics from today showing the progress on the clearing of the former Denso site.
I see that work has started on the main tower of the former office block, and this was carried out by the old 245HRD machine as the PC750 remains in pieces.
I have also included a picture of the carpark which as I have said before bridges the mainline to Stratford on Avon, I would think that it would be possible to to demolish the upper level first before closing the railway to demolish the remaining level.

I also made it down to the former Denso factory site today, very little of which is now left.
The carpark remains so perhaps it will be left to the last because of the implications of disrupting rails services?
These pics were taken at what was the front of the office block there is now only one small section of this left to demolish as most of the rest of the site is now cleared.

Thought I would try and get a few shots of the Cat 245 HRD machine at work on this site while there was still something there high for it to demolish, unfortunately the said machine was broken down.
From the pics you can see the only high remaining piece of work for this machine is the office block lift shaft, most of the rest of this site is now nearly all cleared although there remains some crushing left to be done.
What also surprised me was the very close proximity to which some of the machines operated to each other, at times I waited to hear a bang but these operators are very professional or so it would appear.

Jack it does seam quite a coincidence that their PC750 HRD machine is still stood up a corner waiting to be repaired, to be fair to the Cat HRD machine it is getting on a bit now so I would expect an increase in downtime which is okay so long as your not pushed for time.

Yeah I realised that The Driver of DSM EX 1200 says hes machine has been in the yard out of work for a year now.
