Saw this 90 DS on Ebay, this machine I would say is from the 1980's, these machines had a "plastic " fuel tank, one piece canopy doors that were backed with soundproofing. The control panel is situated on the front of the compressor canopy and not inside like the older model. This machine seems to work ok making oil free air, but the exhaust don't sound to good.

Re: hydrovane 90d
Thanks for your help, I have a manual for it but can't see anything else to help me with it. Just wondering if I have the cast spacers the right way up as my book was not very clear as to wether the half moon hole goes at the top or bottom, I've put them at the bottom.

Re: hydrovane 90d
If the valves are not fitted correctly or not seated / o ring trapped, that would let oil bypass the separators hence oil in the air.

Re: hydrovane 90d
That may explain why you are getting oil carry over.
Will have a look at my book.

John apologies for entering your thread. I note the starting instructions you have been given but it's the stopping orders that I need to ascertain. On the instrument panel much of the wording is illegible and of concern I can read the WARNING headline and nothing else!
Perhaps Martyn you could please advise precise stopping procedure.
