I guess I won't worry about the brake setup in the toolbox. I think the fuel/heat system is working correctly, I just didn't know how to use it. I will try your instructions for starting.

From the searching I have done, I think you are correct in the 1550B being similar to the 3CX. I am going to start a new post with some pics in the hope that the community may be able to help identify some of the items I cannot.
