Clutch Fork Replace on 3414

Has anyone replaced the clutch fork in the 3414 or B414? Do you have to split the machine or is there some trick to replace with out doing that? Also I have a used fork to replace but does anyone know where I can get a new? My usual suppliers do not seem to have it.
