OK thanks Martyn,I have cleaned the suction filter but didn't have seals to fit so i will have to dismantle again later, Have looked for air entry but haven't located it yet just trial and error i guess,if all else fails i might try to pressurize with compressed air And then check for leaks with soa...

Anyone know how to get at the sump plug on the 100b, looks like a round plate with three bolts, took out the bolts but the plate seems tight and i didn't force it as i didn't want to damage anything.
