D10T in for a new undercarriage

Got the D10 going in for a new undercariage, up on the ramp for a good wash off, both cannon seals leaking as well, blade away for a re-skin.

How long would something like this take?

In a hurry, can put an undercarriage on over a long weekend, friday afternoon to monday, but in this case, will take a bit of time, probably 7-10 days, will be out pusing in 14 days.

The 10 is in the shop now, tracks off, and starting to rip the old u/c off, got the hood off for painting (will be painting it black to stop glare off the worklamps), and teh rams are also off for painting, the new lumps are starting to appear....

She's doen a shade under 3500 hours but has spent those hours mainly hard rock ripping, on opencasts look to get 6000+ hours out of an undercarriage.

Hi Stuart,good workshop pics.I was looking at a D9L yesterday which is undergoing a cert rebuild up at Winsford depot.You fellers do a rare job of stripping them right down.It was not worth taking the camera as it was scatterd all over the workshop!!!(very orderly I am quick to point out).They were starting on the trackframes and chassis when i saw it.Apparently,it's the second D9L they have completed this year and they have another to do next year.
The yard was full of kit with no homes to go to as this credit crunch (we can't say resession can we?)seems to be hitting the job hard.The only kit that was sold was John Jones's 40 ton dumpers.They are going to a coal site.

As an unqualified observer here, I see there's a pile of new rollers there but can you tell me what's worn out in those tracks, Stuart?
