Really nice pics and machine!

But that is no 944B it is a 994. The 994B looks like the 9350. It is abit bigger and it dont have that cab design.

Does anybody have any idea where Wimpey Minings Liebherr 994 Back-hoe went to after it finished its contract at Great White Tip OCCS in Merthyr Tydfil South Wales UK in the late 90s

It ended up at bleak house OCCS in the Midlands. You can just see her in the middle of this pic, the shovel behind is a 185 demag.

The site was by Heath Hayes, has been filled and re-instated now, although there is talk of opening the ground back up and going after coal in what would have been the original extension to the job.

Jesus Christ, I remeber that, the dumpers going from the quarry under the road and up to cannock were pentalver transport is now. Do you have any more pictures of it mate?
