Hey Guys,
Im just wondering if anyones had anything to do with these machines or has even seen one? We are selling both our Cat 315C's and apparently are part chopping them in for 2 315D's? Not a 100% but it would seem that cat are doing some offers at the minute and our gaffers taken a liking to them.
Anyone got anything to share on them?
Joe

funny you should say that we have a ZX180LC-3 sat in our recycling yard waiting for a new engine and pump with only about 1300 hours on the clock......to be fair i dont think cats are too bad id just rather not have one as we've got better machines on the fleet.

Re: Caterpillar 315D???
yeh...well its the machine i took my test on...and when we got werer first on it it was immaculate! after i got my ticket i went back to my site for a while until about 6 weeks after i got the call sayin i had to go down there on it doing drainage.when i got there i was very shocked to see the state of it,oil leaking from ram seals engine pumping out the bottom of the machine not teeth on the buckets the works. it shocked me to see the incompetence and lack of care some of the guys we have on machines have.
Now she's had the works done on it. just now they've sold it we dont seem to care about it.
