Hi,

I found an old picture I took of the old DG HQ at Giltbrook (looks better than IKEA in my opinion!).

Its a poor quality picture unfortunately but I've always wondered what the big Marion was at the back. Its way bigger than the 2400 next to it so was thinking 182 or 183?

Any ideas?

Dave.

Hi Dave,
I remember the old DG headquarters well - used to go past every day on the bus on my way to college! It could be a Manitowoc 4600 - they did have one in Heanor Haulages old yard where Asda is at Langley Mill

This was a Marion 182M Dragline which worked for Currall Lewis and Martin at Remillton O.C.C.S in Scotland
