I don't think so this models are using for any purpose as currently.
Now technology brings many kinds of trucks and machines to fulfill industrial purpose.
I sure in rare case this vehicle have use.

I have got to run one of these old BG loaders one time. Iwas about 22 and my neighbor had two of them. they used to use in their paving business. THey used it to load Crushed stone and pea gravel and sand. They actually had one that was on tires and then the tracked one for the sand pit. They had an asphault plant they used them at to. They said it did good but in sand stock piles a lump of clay or frozen sand would cause some greif.
