CMN Photo Competition November 2010

Hi!

It is time for the CMN Photo Competition November 2010!

Rules:
- the photo must be taken in the ongoing month
- the photo must be related to machinery
- max 2 photos per month and user
- the winner will be referee in the next months competition (threads started by me)
If the referee has not choosen a winner within two weeks me or a moderator will be referee

Prize: a CMN t-shirt

Referee this month: Ian Fletcher

Yes Ian I think this time of year it does get a bit harder for some of us to get any pics, the dark nights certainly don't help.

Well, but it has great potential though ... lights, shots with the rising daylight in the background and so on!

The weather was kind today and gave me the chance to take quite a few shots of a Liebherr 944 that is on quite a large site in West Bromwich.
I will post more pics in the appropriate thread when time permits, but I'll post this one here.

Is it me or do there seem to be a lot more Liebherr excavators being bought in the UK?

Perhaps they are becoming more popular over here now Joe but I would of thought their main markets here were with medium sized mining excavators and material handlers?
This 944 is only the second one that I have ever seen, the other is that I know of is owned and operated by Coleman & Co demolition.
