Hey Paul - that looks like a WW2 Federal 604!

Has it had a chassis stretch or just been pulling too much?

Tony its been stretched and its been shrunk and no doubt some other things as well over its life
And yes it is a 604
It was one of the very first modern style road trains in Australia, as in one of the first 4 ever built up after WW2 and worked between Alice Springs and Larrimah in the Northern Territory

Okay so as we have no winner announced for the last competition I will be the judge naturally excluding my own photos.

This b-monthly winner is Osgood Tony for his Giraffe crane. :brravo:
Second place goes to Cx5 Michael for his combine harvester
Last but not least XS650 Craig for the tracked RNLI shot.

Thanks as always to those who enter the competition and take the trouble to post photos they are all appreciated.

Jeremy
