I remember the sed show well, yes i had the 1/16th scale 3CX under contruction with me and a few other bits an peices, i think i upset Hugh Edeleanu at that show as my models was having more intrest than his machines, even Sir Antony Bamford came over to me before he went to Hugh ...
I did the ME version, moulded it but it never sold, and no like all the moulds, they got lost in time.
Your name sounds familiar.

Re: KENT MODELS 22RB DRAGLINE
I remember now, the ME 375 caught the attention of Caterpillar Europe, they were intrested in the conversion but what put me off was the CAT licence fee, and the time scale, they were also intrested in me doing other things for them on the limited version lines, but i was commited to the 22 and turned them down.. i do have pics of the 375, i shall dig them out tomorrow.

I am terrible for names but i was on for Hamilton bros of newcastle way, great guys to work for, but they had a 375 on demo and it was hired to a company called Ascot i think, snotty little firm, they were on a shanks McEwan tip at Bletchley, it was the forming of a new extension of the land fill site there, but thats another story.
