Toy crane - survived 40 years!

Not strictly a model but a toy that I made for my nephew 40 years ago. Cut and glued from sheet plywood with Meccano mechanical bits. Base was tested by me standing on it - 13 stone!
Now about to see service with his sister's son !

wow!! looks like the kind of thing you could have hours and hours of fun with,I could see myself not wanting to go to bed at night if i had that :D
