GTM were a large French construction group owned by the French water company Suez who sold the business the fellow French construction group Vinci (Formerly SGE) in 2000.
Dumez-GTM were involved with the Channel tunnel and the 2nd Severn crossing (with Laing Construction).
Vinci have integrated together their French construction operations- GTM,Sogea and Campenon Bernard together to form Vinci Construction, as the worlds largest construction group Vinci have significant operations in the UK: Vinci Plc (Norwest Holst companies), Ringway, Freyssinet, Bachy Solentache, Vinci Grands Projects, Vinci Energies (M&E/process businesses) and PFI/PPP investments.
