Yep Its a Weatherill 42H , there are two in this coal yard near York centre.

Yes they are -like these kind of places, always have old machines , once every town had coal yard like this but they are fast dissapearing , site will be houses/flats soon I'm sure !

The Weatherill Loaders are model 42HD it may be the HHD which could load hoppers 16ft although they did a HHDS which would load hoppers 17ft and an HHDSS which would load 19ft hoppers.
