42HD in lower photo and the older photo is possibly an L60 which was Weatherill's first 4wd.

Need John to confirm!
I only saw one L60 in the flesh years ago. It was really very simlar to an early 12H with a 4 cyl Major engine and brockhouse T/C. It appeared very slow and gutless with poor turning lock.

Hi Pete
Yes it is an L60. They built 158 between 1958/9 and 1963

Hi John, thanks for the photos. I see it was a little more than a Major engine!

The demo photo does show an advantage over a 12H which could be a little tricky off the hard.

This guy has some pictures for old Weatherill enthusiasts, when I say old I mean the machine!

It looks like a high lift variant of the 2H as often used in coal yards. It looks very clean and original, the plate is there and no doubt John Tutt on CMN will be able to give you an age. My guess is a little over the weigh in price if you are lucky. These machines, though in relatively low numbers compared to an agricultural Fordson, do not appear to command high prices. Perhaps a combination of less interest and high weights to shift them around.
