Unusual JCB loader

Hello,

Can anyone tell me anything about this loader? I came across this picture on DHS Diecasts forum and asked the owner (jamiescotland) if I could post it on here to try and find out anything about it?
What would this have been used for?
It's at a disused airfield in Lincolnshire that has been turned into a machine graveyard!

The JCB 902 was a 2 wheel drive version of the SL1250 but the pic shows a 4 w/drive

In my old JCB brochure the 907 is the 2WD version of the 1750, but they looked to have longer bonnets than the 1000 or 1250. The numbering is really odd. There is not an SL 2000 in my brochure either.
