Son spotted this on the Black isle, North of Inverness. Thought anorak Dad would like. L66B. Guessing late 60s?

I have a question: Does it run with 12V or 24V?

Fritz good to hear from you. Is that off your 42H with the 590E engine? What is the battery layout? I have not seen the Simms starter before.

42H with a Ford 590E diesel engine has a 12V electrical system and uses 2x 6volt 115amp at 10 hr rate batteries

We have not hat a Weatherill photo for a while. Looks like a post 1960 12H in the later guise with GRP panel over the rear tanks. Amazing how every thing was set up on the road side!
Not sure of the mixer make, it looks to be brand new.
