Hi All
Just to let you know what I am up to at the moment. I have been moved to the High output electrification train contract that is coming into the UK in April and will be responsible for training the operators. The piling and foundation consist is currently being built in Germany and work is progressing with some pace and the train consists of three piling hammers on Palfinger cranes(2 vibration and 1 percussion), a hitachi zaxis 135 excavator, falcon spoil wagon and concrete plant capable of producing 30m3. As soon as I can post some photos of the excavator I will and it will be an amazing piece of kit once finished. keep you updated.
Ian

Network rail and other contractors are always on the lookout for staff that are qualified for rail work.I will be on hand if there is a wagon or loco problem.I hope I can remain local and not get dragged to a job in another area like last Saturday. :dizzy: That was way of my patch.
