It can be an Morgårdshammar.........if I remeber correct LKAB had or acouple of them.
I'm gonna check that out and be back! .

Now I know,
It is an Morgårdshammar this model weighed in at 244 metric tons, had 3000l bucket had 3 electric motors producing 700hp and was made between 1926 and 1931.
It was made in 3ex.
