Hi folks
as a employee of uk coal there is going to be a new site near cossal but they on waitting planning but hopefully wen lodge house as been completed the plant will be moved over to site if planning is granted most of uk coal sites will be having new plant machines on lease because of noise and emission as most of the new 777fs have got a new design with a engine oil tank so it burns hold oil and refill with new oil so theres no engine oil service just top the tank up and change the oil filters plus the good side is it will cuts servicing time down  :claphands:

reguards spike 8-)

Its called ORS. Oil Renewal System. Been around for a few year, mainly on the 3500's.

Consists of a clean Oil Tank and Injection Manifold.

The System injects a small amount of Engine oil into the low pressure side of the fuel. This is replaced with fresh from the tank.

had many a problems with the system resulting in the parameter being disabled in ET.

The system prolongs servicing but doesnt eliminate them.

Well Joe, to be honest, I've heard that there's going to be a site near the village of Cossall, near Ilkeston, Derbyshire, as far as I know it's not due to start after works at Lodge House have ceased, I'm not 100% sure on that, just been news reports from that local area that people are protesting against it, as they do, don't take my word for it but I don't think they have had the go ahead for it yet. UK Coal also have proposed sites, mainly in the north, like Co.Durham and Northumberland, kind off that area anyway.
