Just found a couple of nice pictures of Sundew on the internet - shame you don't see this kind of thing happening anymore.

The original cab from the dragline still exists I have seen it and have a book about the historic walk from one mine to another all good stuff.

Have you noticed the size of the shoes?! They are higher in the centre than the the 8,000-ton drags I have seen!

Hiya guys, I just joined this group due to seeing this post online, I live only 10 mins from the Cab of the Sundew and I own the book of the machine which hardly anyone has (If anyone), in fact its so rare you wont find it online anywhere and Even if you do all the bookshops that I saw which did advertise as having it canceled myy order due to them not simply having the book, I paid a small fortune for it and it really smells old when you open it up, published in the 60's mine is a mint copy, I'll post some pics when I get home later as im off out now but just wanted to post this, Thanks Dave for creating this thread!

Cheers.

I cannot reproduce the problem, when looking at the topic with a clone of oyur permissions I can see all pictures.
Strange!
So you cannot see the two picturs posted in the first post on this page?
