the track loader i loved to oporate most tim was international 100b series 2,i just loved every thing about it,never too keen on oporating cats or komatsus after getting out of a little drott, the controles on a series 2 drott were just so nice.

Yes,the series two machines were great to operate, but did you find that the manual 100's machines seemed to have a bit more power than their torque convertor stablemates ?

Yes the derect drive drotts were more aggressive  but with the power shift drotts IH wanted to eliminate the none productive track spin wich wore out track chains faster and put stress on final drives and so on,so you still got a full bucket without all that mad track spinning,i allways tended to open the door on my 100b rather than my b100  never been on an fl 5 sadly, they look a strong machine, sean

Welcome to CMN the site for fans of all plant Classic and Classics to be

Is your 977 a hobby machine or a workhorse ?
