IH BTD8, what winch?

can anybody indentify this winch?

Stating the obvious maybe but its got Boughton cast on it , common winches in uk and still in business , but maybe not with winches.

Yes, he found the text Boughton and C 125 on it.
But no specs on the net.

Interesting Craig didnt know they went bust the other year & had been taken over and relocated. Used to see there place at the side of the A38 on the way from Derby to Birmingham

Heres a interesting machine seen at Newark fitted with Boughton winch on a Ford 5000 / John Allen trencher unit. Built by John Brown from up in the North East. He may know abit about Broughton winches as he has several winch tractors fitted with them. His numbers on the machine (I dont personally know him, but he has several county / roadless machines with winches and a classic truck at several of the shows).

Have a look on www.ulrich.co.uk - look under winches-they have some spec sheets for download on there,i think they took over the attachment and winch division of Boughtons-they may be able to find you a spec sheet

Thanks Tim, I found ulrich.co.uk when search for those winches, but I did not find any C 125.
