Steve

That's a nice motor Steve-Is it for a local operator running out of Theale? It's got a few extras but these days most of the big quarriers insist on all the beacons, strobes and cameras etc.I remember a few years back I was one of the last on our firm to get a rear mounted camera but now they come factory fitted on the new lorries and the H&S is much stricter-nowadays if the camera doesn't work the lorry doesn't move till it's fixed.I think the cameras are a great idea,I leave mine on all the time and when tipping you can see the material coming out of the body and when it stops you can glance at the weighloader to see you haven't any still stuck in there,it saves you getting out to look, especially in the winter when it's mucky. Tim

Its one of a pair for Blundys at Theale - they were ordered after they bought our ex-demo Lander
I can see the point of the Cameras and that - but led mirror guards :eh:

Thanks

This Lander demonstrator came in the yard first thing the other morning Steve driven by one of the OD's from Lafarge at Eversley, yours truly was still half asleep, just managed to take this as he was going out.I was over your way on Thursday and saw the Wessex Agggregates Renault on the A4- looks very smart.I see Raymond Brown have got some Kerax's-there's a nice pic of one on the Edbro website.

The Lander came from us - he left his DAF at our place for the week he had the Lander.
I think Raymond Browns have got 4 Kerax - they looked quite smart in the press release photos
