Nicks Blog | Digger visits the Royal Cornwall Show

This weekend I took the oportunity to visit the Royal Cornwall show which takes place at the beginning of June each year, at Wadebridge in North Cornwall.

The show lasts for three days and attracts approximately 120,000 visitors annually, making it one of Cornwall's major tourist attractions.

Plant and machinery often feature heavily at this event and to my delight this year was no exception.

My first port of call was the Duchy College stand where I had helped to arrange a digger challenge event with help from Mike Murphy of Plant and Engineering Services our local Volvo compact range dealership who very kindly agreed to loan a Volvo ECR28 mini excavator for use in the "hook a duck" style competition.
