Nicks Blog | Quick-Hitch training.

Post #1 by RSS Bot » Tue Apr 07, 2009 1:04 pm

Over the past few years the safe use of Quick-hitches has become something of a health & safety "hot potato" subject.

There have now been several workplace accidents and sadly some deaths relating to the use of quick-hitches. This has led to increasing concern for the health & safety of workers who work with, or near to, plant and equipment that use these kind of devices.

As a result of main contractors concerns over this the company that I sub-contract to
P. J. Kingwell & Sons held a quick-hitch safety awareness course at their yard this weekend.
