Good vid there GIZZY,when you get up close to these machines you wonder how they don't tear themselves apart with all that power.Remember seeing a programme on Sky showing how these machines are made.
Was on a course at Stoddart and Pitt 25 years ago,They were building up an oil rig crane at their Bath factory.That was an enormous machine.

Yeah it is incredible the forces they generate. I think i remember seeing a programme where they showed how they made an electric face shovel from scratch and showed the actual building of it on site. I can imagine how big that crane was
