jcb 807b hydraulics help please

Hi I have an 807b think around an 85 model Perkins 6354 in it triple hyd pumps its a well used and abused machine was used for demolition before I got it the engine is v good the hyds are very slow checked the pump pressures there down a. Little but not enough to make it like it is its got clean oil new filter in the tank and the 2 in the side bay any idias what else to try ? Also was tracking it yesterday and one of the pins out of the epicycle reduction on the hub fired out aroud 40 feet across the field it has sheered the two half inch bolts that held it in place removed the top hat that holds the reduction and apart from the pine every thing is fine no damage any one know why it would fire it and with such force ? And one last one where to get glass from for it need the full lot for it cheers
