As some of you may be aware from previous threads, I've got a KH66.
I have a very annoying problem though. My left hand track will slip off right at the end of a days work! .
Now, my sprockets are worn as they do tend to slip quite a bit; may this be the problem? I'll attach a picture later this evening.
If my sprockets are past it, can they be repaired, i.e. new teeth welded on or do I just buy new sprockets? If the latter where is the best place to purchase them from (ideally cheap )?
Thanks

Re: New Sprockets and Slipping Tracks
If they only slip off only at the end of the day try finishing earlier!
The tracks are cheap for what they are IMO. ITS, MST or your local kubota agent can give you a choice of gen' of non gen'. Steel tracks are about twice the price of rubber. If you have steel check you can swap, some bottom rollers vary and the track guides interfere if you swap from metal to rubber. Rubber tracks will be about £325/ea, bottom rollers £75, sprocket £125 , idlers are expensive. All pus VAT!
See how you go

Thanks for the reply Bigkit!
Haha, even if I finish early, they still seem to fall off
How would you know if the dreaded idler is worn?
Here are a couple of photos of the sprockets:
Left one (track still off):

Yes, had two machines from them and found them to be first class. (In Bolton - not sure about the head office depot)

bigkit - In your last post, are you referring to my idlers or sprockets?
