looing at the way the track at the top is almost twisting off with its own weight I'd speculate on bsuggered :)

Its not woth pin and bushing those. :(

Dont forget the rail height will be down to. Sorry.....only thing to do is but new track groups and new sprockets and see where you go from there. Rubber will be half the cost of steel, but, the bottom rollers will ride inside the chain with yours and with proper rubber rollers run on the outside 'cos they are wider. They'll still work tho'.

you may be able to find some worn rubbers that will do with new sprockets for the work you have
a cheaper option maybe :thumbup:

Sprockets and idlers are wornout with a capital F. You need new ones now.
