Yanmar YM14 - Powershift issues & parts manual

Hi, we have a Yanmar YM14 and have a few issues with the powershift and could also do with a link to the parts manual for it.

The issue we have is that when the powershift lever is in Neutral, 1st or 2nd, it will drive forwards at the same speed regardless of the levers position. The manual gears below the seat all work. When the powershift lever is put into reverse, the engine bogs down and near stalls if you leave it to. Does anyone have any ideas what may be wrong with it? Why forwards works all the time, even in neutral? And is the engine bogging possibly caused by the reverse engaging and fighting against the permanently engaged forward gear.

I am also struggling to find a parts manual online for it, the only website that seems to have it is either down or no longer hosts the file.
