Unusual 3CX?

Found a pic of this machine, looks to be foreign maybe. Wasnt sure at first but it looks to be a JCB, but fitted with bigger wheels, slightly different rear boom and bucket.

Anybody know anything about it?

That's not a jcb it does look like it I can't remember which make it is but I think jcb took them to court for copyright infringement a while back
