Old Plant Magazines - Contract Journal, Muck Shifter etc

Does anyone have any old copies of Much Shifter magazine, Contract Journal or Contruction Plant & Equipment Magazine from the 1960's as I am looking for any articles or adverts on Steelfab or Inchgreen machines?

If anyone wants to part with them please send me a message.

Also, I am trying to find to journalists by the name of William A. Coates and David Threkren who may be able to assist with my research. Please get in touch if you know them

On Maskinisten.net we have old Åkerman- and Volvo-magazines in our downloads. Maybe we can collect such old magazines here too.

I've got (somewhere) most editions of CP&E from November 1983 up to last edition published. Would love to get them on here for others to share, but it would take me about 3 years :!:

Well, we cannot put up editions still sold.

I can arrange scanning ... but that would mean sending the magazines via snail mail.

Hi Holger. Construction Plant & Equipment (CP&E) was a monthly journal, superseded by (I think) Construction Weekly during the late 1980's I've got a fair few editions of CP&E, they fill a large box and weigh in total probably 20-25kg if not more! :shock:

If anyone wants a particular article I could scan it and post on here, but there must be thousands of pages there and to do them all would be a mission and a half! :dizzy:
