JCB 2D mark II loader question

Thanks to all who gave me advice in my first post recently.

Does anyone know what the lifting capacity is for my loader?

I ask as I am trying to decide whether to make up a quick on /off pallet fork settup to be used without the bucket or use the "swing" over style forks from another JCB.

Dont want to lose a lot of capacity by leaving the heavy front bucket in place but I also like the idea of the convenience of the pre mounted forks.
