Hi all,
Just been browsing some of the sections on here, and thought I'd join up and say hello, I live in Marazion in Cornwall. I currently have a JCB 3c. I bought it to use on a self build, and to use around our small holding for odd jobs. I have done a fair bit of work on it so far, as and when it's needed repairs. Once my house and new workshop is finished I plan to completely restore it.
I made a new cab (After the side glass fell in on me because of the rusty frame ) and rear wings for it late last year, and just finished giving the brakes a small overhaul, also repaired the clutch. Could do with some kind of Workshop manual for it, If anyone knows where to get one from.....
anyway, I have a few pics:

Hello Lee and welcome.
I know what you mean not having a workshop, its very frustrating when the weather holds up the restoration.I am looking into getting a large tent to work on my D4.
Keep us updated with photos on your project.

Will do Martyn,
Won't be able to start it for a while though, but will be putting a new thread in 'Projects' when I do.
Cheers

Welcome Lee to the 3c OWNERS CLUB!! If you trawl E-bay you will find various Manuals and parts books for the 3C there are also a couple of Leyland Engine manuals that are very useful to, they seem to turn up fairly regularly on there. It looks like your machine has the same stable/ menage and muck heap moving duties that my machine gets, they are just so useful to have around the place, my one will work all day long and she is as good as gold no overheating etc.

Try clearing the muck from 16 horses then!!! done loads of ditching around the place and levelling off then go and get a puncture doh!! so am waiting to get the tyre repaired now.
