I don't think it is because of the sliding king post on cross rails.

Nor the sticky out swing rams.
Do you think the cross rail is home brewed? Some messy welds on slider assembly.
Just come acros a Case 530 coincidentally whike looking for something else and it seems to match . In places :D

Yes, I had not looked closely. Certainly does not looks "factory" on the sliding top bracket.
