I dont have time to look at it this weekend but I will report back what I find as soon as I get round to it.
Has anyone given any thought to what I said about the nature of the hydraulic lock? We are assuming its oil in the cylinders but could it be unburnt diesel? Either way, the injectors are coming out.

I would say its very unlikely to be diesel, hopefully removing the injectors will clear the cylinders. If it is oil in there expect alot of smoke when you fire it up!
Black smoke don't mean it's broke, keep it flat out like a badger on a bypass
