JCB 3C control stick reassembly problem.

Hi Brains Trust,

having problems refitting the right digging stick after having to re-weld bolt that has knuckle to anchor stick for control movement. You slide 1 end of valve then slide over onto other valve, now bolt is longer (not in 1/2) with 3rd knuckle I cant get it back together. The anchor knuckle point on stick has been built up & am wondering does this come apart by sliding or not ? is weld stopping it & it should slide out like other 2.
Am thinking that the anchor ball has to come out of socket on control lever then screw in anchor bolt to valve block, slide both valve balls onto control stick then slide onto anchor last ?

anchor bolt knuckle has been built up should it slide out this end ?.
