Just finished rebuilding one of my doors .
A picture would maybe tell 1000 words , but I don't have any .
However , of more importance is that when I did away with my rear opening windows ( bonding the glass directly to the cab ) I kept what was left of the frames - which was basically everything apart from the bottom rail .
Glad I did as the profiles of the door are 100% identical to the rear side windows . I was able to fabricate the bottom window surround as well as cut and shut a large section of the hinged side of the door using the old frames .
Keep those old opening window frames and it'll be a great start
