The Classic Machinery Network

I recently bought a 3D MK III build 5 Front Loader/Backhoe. The fuel guage registers "empty" even though the tank is completely full. Most likely the fuel sender is bad. I cannot find the fuel tank thus I can not find the sender on this machine. Where are these two items hiding?

The fuel tank is below the windscreen(windshield),and under the dashboard.The sender unit is in the top middle of the tank. You need the dash removed to access it. IIRC,the wire from the sender is green with a black tracer.If you remove this wire and earth it,with the key on,the gauge should go up to full. If not,either a faulty gauge,no power to the gauge or broken wire from sender to gauge. If it does go up,you've a faulty sender unit....
